Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return:

Please contact us via email at schlafyde@gmail.com and provide your order number.

We will send you a return address and detailed return instructions.

Refunds:

Once the returned items have arrived at our facility, we will inspect the condition of the items and process the refund to the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Exceptions:

Opened or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.
